Monday, October 30, 2017My dearest Millers. I always counted it as a privilege to be friends with your family, and an extra kid around the house. I'm so heartbroken for all of you, and myself, over the loss of your dad. I know the enormity of the pain you're feeling and wish there was some way to lessen it. Just know that every day that passes is not a day further from him, but a day closer to when you'll see him again. I can't wait to be at his welcome back party, and it makes me want to be sure to be there. It was so reassuring to me to still have a man like him in my life, knowing that if and when I needed a dad, Ben would be there for me in a heartbeat, and I want to be able to tell him that in person. I wish I could be there to hug you all fiercely, and cry with you too. Love, love, love! Sarah B.

Wednesday, October 25, 2017Ben was one of the most memorable and lovable people I have ever known. He was so even tempered and joyful that you always felt good around him. Even though I have not seen him in 15-20 years I will always remember his smile and laugh. I will miss him and can't wait to see him in the new world. I truly feel the pain of Mary and all their children. We miss you Ben!
