I remember the first day Rick Metro walked into my office. I was the Director of Assessment for DPE and Rick had just been hired for the same position in DMI. Arvin Gym was still under renovation, and we were housed in the “Lost Fifties” at the time. I joked that you’d need to be a member of the FBI to find my office - Rick gave me that big laugh & said he’d gone to the FBI academy. I have to say that Rick had such a positive approach to our common cause that I was really motivated to give it my all, knowing Rick was working as hard as I did. I’m sorry that we’ve lost such a great person. My condolences to Lisa and the entire Metro family.
